Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the work shift variable and work stress variable can partially affect the performance of minimarket employees in Palembang City. This research was conducted on minimarket employees in the city of Palembang, with a total of 96 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The power analysis technique used in this research is data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test (t test). the variables in this study used a Likert scale and were processed with SPSS 25. The results of this study proved that work shifts had a positive and significant effect on minimarkets in the city of Palembang. Then work stress has no influence and is not significant on the performance of minimarket employees in the city of Palembang.
