Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of intellectual capital and managerial ownership on the banking company's financial performance. The optimization in this study is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The data used is secondary data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique, so that 40 samples are obtained that meet the criteria. Data analysis and processing techniques using SPSS 26 software. Based on the research that has been carried out, conclusions have been obtained, namely intellectual capital has an effect and is significant on the company's financial performance while managerial ownership does not have a significant influence on the company's financial performance.
