Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and compensation on the performance of automotive sales and marketing employees in Palembang city. The type of research used in this research is empirical research with primary data and secondary data. data was collected using questionnaries online. The population in this study are automotive marketing employees in Palembang city. The sample is determined by convenience sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS Version 25 application. The result of the t test show that work-life balance and compensation affect employee performance. Keywords: Work=life balance, Compensation, Employee Performance
