Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of financial leverage, and activity ratio of dividend policy by focusing on the manufacturing companies liested in Indonesia Stock Exchange with research period in 2019-2021. The data used in the secondary data. The population in study are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling selection method used was purposive sampling and obtained 18 companies with total of 54 samples. The analytical tool used in the study was the linear regression analysis. The result of this research showed that financial leverage and activity ratio has no effect on dividend policy.
