Abstract

Palembang city is one of the major cities in Indonesia. Palembang city has a fairly rapid development in recent years, one of which is the development in Education. The progress of an area such as in Palembang city will attract a lot of public interest, in terms of education, especially in junior high school. The higher the interest of students in terms of education, the more new buildings to be able to accommodate students in the learning process. Limited land for the development of new buildings, the construction of vertical buildings is one solution to this problem. In this case, the construction of Xaverius 7 Palembang Junior High School Building became One of the many buildings that plan a renovation of the construction designed by having 3 floors of education space. Existing tall buildings must also meet aspects such as finishing aspects must include aspects of comfort, safety, and feasibility. PT. Wijoyo Oridina Properti became one of the self-managed holders of the renovation project of Xaverius 7 Palembang Junior High School Building.
