Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of leadership on job satisfaction and turnover intention at PT Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Cambodia in Palembang. The population in this study were all employees who were at PT Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Cambodia. The sample used was 44 respondents and used a total sample technique which is a technique that uses all the members of the poll, it will make it easier for researchers to search for objects. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. The results of this study indicate that the negative and insignificant leadership style variables on turnover intention at PT Thamrin Brothers Yamaha Cambodia in Palembang, while the positive and significant leadership performance variable on job satisfaction.
