Abstract

This Study aims to analyze the effect of physical work environment and work stress of the performance teachers in Senior High School and Vocational High School of shailendra as many as 34 people. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of spss 20. The results obtained showed that the variables of physical work environment positive not significant and work stress have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers and vocational high school of Shailendra Palembang Keywords : physical work environment, work stress, and operformance teachers
