Abstract

This research is to prove the effect of supervision towards the performance of staffs of Prima Jaya Farm. The type of research is study research. The population of this research covers all the staffs of Prima Jawa Farm with 43 people as the total. Research data is questioner. The examination data used are questioner examination, classic assumption, regression analysis, and statisyical hypothesis. The result of the research is to show that there’s an effect between staff supervison and staffs’ performance. The purpose of this research is to give information about the effect of supervision towards the staffs’ performance so as to optimize the staffs’ performance, an as a reference for the upcoming research supervision.
