Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pengrajin Tenun Pada Koperasi Songket Palembang. Responden penelitian ini adalah pengrajin tenun yang tergabng dalam koperaasi songket dan masih aktif berjumlah 20 Orang berada di wilayah Palembang, sedangkan Koperasi Songket berlokasi di Jalan Kerangga Wirasentika Nomor 73 Palembang. Kuesioner yang digunakan ada 9 sub variabel. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi dengan SPSS. Hasil regresi penelitian ini adalah Motivasi berpengaruh pada kinerja dengan signifikan 0,05, memberikan pengaruh 66,2%. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dan sebagai informasi bagi pihak koperasi serta anggota koperasi pengrajin tenun songket maupun bagi pemerintah dan peneliti selanjutnya untuk melestarikan hasil produk budaya di Palembang. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Kinerja. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of weaving craftsmen at the Palembang Songket Cooperative. The respondents of this research are weaving craftsmen who are involved in the songket cooperative and are still active, totaling 20 people in the Palembang area, while the Songket Cooperative is located on Jalan Kerangga Wirasentika Number 73 Palembang. There are 9 sub-variables used in the questionnaire. The study used regression analysis with SPSS. The results of the regression of this study are that motivation has a significant effect on performance with 0.05, giving an effect of 66.2%. The results of this study are expected to be useful and as information for the cooperative and members of the cooperative for songket weaving craftsmen as well as for the government and further researchers to preserve the results of cultural products in Palembang.
