Abstract

Pempek Dos Bangau is a business engaged in the culinary field of Palembang. Pempek Dos Bangau has been widely known by Pempek Dos Bangau lovers, especially Pempek Dos in the city of Palembang, but there are still many obstacles that occur in Pempek Dos Bangau, one of which is the problem of Attendance and Employee Payroll. The problem with the attendance system at this restaurant, which still uses books, makes the calculation of employee absenteeism ineffective and needs to be developed. One way to solve this problem is to use the Employee Presence and Payroll application itself. This application can manage employee attendance in real time, so that there are no cases of miscalculation of employee absenteeism, and is simpler to use, and helps calculate employee monthly salaries. Making this application using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology, using a Java-based programming language and Microsoft Access database. The application of the Presence application and employee payroll is expected to help Pempek Dos Bangau to overcome errors in carrying out activities.
