Abstract
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a system used to maintain and improve the quality of production through maintenance of equipment and machinery. The main focus of TPM is to ensure that all equipment and machines are functioning at their best. The measurement tool used is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Maintenance data for February 2021 for the Keenpro EM-08S1 and Chumpower CS-4000 machines at PT Hokkan Deltapack Industri Banyuasin branch, shows 16% and 8% of the time spent repairing engine damage and other obstacles that make the machine stop during the production process in February 2021 of the total machine working time. This study aims 1). Analyzing the level of effectiveness of the Keenpro EM-08S1 and Chumpower CS-4000 machines with OEE calculations and six big losses and 2) Knowing the possibility of improvement based on fishbone chart analysis. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the Keenpro EM-08S1 engine OEE value was 80.90% and Chumpower CS-4000 was 86.44%, which means this value is considered reasonable, but still shows room for the company to develop. The factors that affect the OEE value and become a priority to be eliminated by the company are idle and minor stoppage by 47% and set up and adjustment by 25% for the engine, as well as idle and minor stoppage by 44% and breakdown by 24% for the Chumpower CS-4000 engine, which is the biggest factor of all identified six big losses.
