Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK STRESS AND WORK PRODUCTIVITY IN EMPLOYEES OF FIELD EXPEDITION Work stress is often become a problem in the work environment and could have a direct impact on work productivity for employees. This study aims to prove and analyze the relationship between work stress and work productivity on employees of field expedition in Palembang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study are employees who work in 3 operational branch offices in Palembang consisting of coordinator, processing, admin, driver, courier and head office. The sample in this study amounted to 127 respondents who have met the criteria by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done online through google forms tools software SPSS version 22The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a significant relationship between work stress and employee productivity at company of expediton , so it can be concluded that work stress is related and strongly correlated to the work productivity of employees at company of expediton, especially in the city of Palembang.
