Abstract

Education is an important thing in the life of every individual. Education that helps each individual to determine a directed future. The secondary seminary is one of the Catholic educational institutions for prospective pastors. In taking the education of seminarians to celebrate the things that have been made, this causes seminarians who cannot adapt well to often experience pressure or stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress and smoking behavior in adolescents (Case Study of Middle Seminary X). The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling on 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is product moment correlation. The results of this study indicate that there is a very significant relationship (p>0.005), including stress and smoking behavior in adolescents. Keywords: Stress, smoking behavior, adolescents
