Abstract

The Indonesian Evangelical Christian Church in Palembang has a health protocol that is applied to the church, but there are also problems with the flow of health protocols such as the queue where the officers become uncomfortable in carrying out worship, for people who come it takes 16 seconds and comes at the same time 32 seconds. The health protocol process is carried out by means of people coming to scan the barcode and then taking hand sanitizer, then checking body temperature, collecting data on people who come and finally the new person will get a number so that person can enter. Based on these problems, it is necessary to design a protocol tool with an IoT system using the value engineering method so that the speed of time for the health protocol flow system, it is easy if there are active people, and makes the officers comfortable. The tool is made from the materials above and there are various components such as: hand sanitizer container, ir obsracle, beach, hcsr, Arduino, relay, mlx, webcam. After making the new health protocol tool, it was implemented and got the results that the time for people who came alone was 11 seconds while the same time was 24 seconds.
