Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction in employees of PT. Sinar Inti Karya in Palembang city. The data used are primary data with convience techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed, where the sampling technique is taken by chance, so that the sample can be used by anyone who is met. This study uses SPSS 25 for windows as a data processing and testing tool. The results of this study indicate that compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Sinar Inti Karya Palembang.
