Abstract
Asun retail is a one-stop shop that sells daily necessities such as rice, sugar, noodles, coffee, detergent, snacks, and others. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it can be seen that the layout and display of goods at Asun retail is not well conditioned. Many items are placed in front of the shelves, items are placed by hanging so as to prevent sellers from passing, placing items in several different places, and items being placed in piles. As a result of such conditions, sellers have difficulty finding and taking goods so that the service time at retail becomes longer. The average time of taking one type of item is 15.0261 seconds. In overcoming these problems, it is possible to redesign the layout and retail displays. To design a planogram, the goods will be grouped first by category of goods and then grouping the goods using the FSN (Fast, Slow, and Non Moving) Analysis method as a basis for consideration for the preparation of goods on the retail display planogram. The improvement implementation is done by applying the planogram design for retail. The time of taking goods after implementation is 8.3554 seconds. This means that there is a decrease in the length of time for taking goods by 6.6707 seconds or by 44.39%. In addition, questionnaires were also distributed to determine the impact of the implementation of improvements on customer satisfaction. The level of customer satisfaction before implementation was 51.477% and after implementation the level of customer satisfaction was 96.802%. This shows an increase in customer satisfaction by 45.325%.
