Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work culture on performance of Civil Servant at Department Manpower and Transmigration of South Sumatra Selatan Province. This study uses a stratified random sampling method with the sample used id 65 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of this study indicate that work discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance, work culture have a positive and significant effect on performance and work discipline and work culture simultaneously affect performance.
