Abstract
ABSTRACT Griya Kain Tuan Kentang is a place to promote jumputan fabric produced by craftsmen of Tuan Kentang Village in hope they can market their products easily. Be discovered that the sales of Griya Kain Tuan Kentang decreased due to fierce competition and minimal use of promotional media. Therefore to be able increase the amount of sales, it necessary to design a marketing strategy at Griya Kain Tuan Kentang using the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and 9 improvement solutions are obtained in the form of marketing strategies. The implementation of the marketing strategy is conducted for 16 days. The data amount of sales before the implementation was 106pcs and after the implementation of 179pcs. The increase in sales was affected by several things related to marketing strategies during implementation, namely the existence of an online store in the marketplace, the use of linktrees and the addition of social media admins. Then a comparison was made to the increase amount of sales using the t test and it can be concluded that there is a difference in amount of sales between before and after implementation with a percentage increase in amount of sales is 68.86%.
