Abstract

The art of music itself has been in great demand by many people. Every individual or group of music enthusiasts has their own way of appreciating the art of music. Therefore it is necessary to accommodate these activities and viewed from the architectural aspect and other aspects. The lack of space and acoustic systems in similar buildings creates various problems from several aspects, for example, disturb their neighbour, building facades that do not reflect the function of the building, etc. Thats why it need a building that has a good acoustic system and also has an attractive facade. This music center building is designed with the theme of harmony with the application of analogy concept of the form a metronome, where the theme of harmony is 2-3 tones that are played together and sound melodious and beautiful, therefore theme of harmony is described as 2-3 musical notes arranged in layers for showing the dynamics of the main sound and harmonic sounds. Then the theme form it will applied to the analogous form of the metronome, so the building it looks like the movement of the metronome needle. Keyword: Music Art, Acoustic, Harmony, Metronome.
