Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of budgetary participation participation and organizational commitment on managerial performance of Palembang Private High School, the population of this study is the principal of Palembang Private High School, the sample of this study was taken by purposive sampling method, the number of samples in this study was the data of this study were collected using questionnaire. Data were analyzed by means of multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that budgetary participation had no influence on managerial performance, organizational commitment had no effect on managerial performance and budgetary participation and organizational commitment had no influence on managerial performance Keywords: budgetary participation, organizational commitment, managerial performance
