Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the variables workload and work environment on salesman loyalty at auto 2000 Tanjung Api Api in Palembang City. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data where the results of answers from questionnaires and several companies are used as data in the study. The type of research in this study is a case study. The population in this study was all Salesman Auto 2000 Tanjung Api Api. The sample used in this study was 53 respondents using the saturated sampling technique method in the sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test in the form of normality test and heteroskedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, t test, and f test. The results of this study show that workload variables negatively affect Loyalty Salesman at Auto 2000 Tanjung Api Api in Palembang city, while Work Environment variable Positively Affects Salesman Loyalty in Auto 2000 Tanjung Api Api in Palembang city.
