Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, quality of information, user satisfaction to user interest with e-filing system. The population are amount of taxpayer in KPP Pratama Ilir Timur Palembang. The results of this study state that the usefulness perception has an influence on the interest of individual taxpayers using e-filing which has a calculated value of -0.356 with a significance level of 0.722. Perception of ease of use has an influence on the interest of individual taxpayers using e-filing by having a calculated value of 0.092 with a significance level of 0.927. Quality of information has a calculated value of 2,897 with a significance level of 0.005. User satisfaction has a calculated value of 2,047 with a significance level of 0.044. Perceptions of usefulness, perceived ease of use, quality of information and user satisfaction simultaneously have an influence on the interest of taxpayers in using e-filing with a calculated value of 7,919 with a significance level of 0.000 with the calculation of the regression value of 22.2%.
