Abstract
YENTI, EVALUATION OF TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION IN INCREASING WORK PRODUCTIVITY OF PRODUCTION SECTION EMPLOYEES IN CV. MULIA JAYA PALEMBANG (under the guidance of Anastasia Sri Mandarin. S.E., M.M and Dra. MFS Sulistyawati) In a company, human resources are needed who have a sense of responsibility, potential and have high work productivity because they can affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. As a company engaged in the industry with a business field of iron doors or folding gates, stainless steel and wrought iron. CV. Mulia Jaya really needs a workforce with high skills or skills. if CV Mulya Jaya wants to be a leader in its business and develop in the future, then this company must strive to improve the quality and productivity of its employees through training. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of training in an effort to increase work productivity of employees in the production division at CV. Mulia Jaya Palembang. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 48 employees as respondents.The problem faced by this company is the low ability of employees to work even though training has been carried out. this can be seen from the number of orders that must be repaired. The result of this research is that the training that has been held by the company is still inadequate, namely the lack of training time and the lack of good trainers in providing training materials. keywords: training, work productivity
