Abstract

Currently there are still many jobs that have not used the application where the use of the application is very helpful in completing the work more effectively and efficiently. At UKMC there are several offices that have not used applications for evaluating scholarship students, especially the Kantor Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni (KKA). The evaluation of scholarship students conducted by the Kantor Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni of the Musi Charitas Catholic University is an activity carried out at the end of each semester to assess the performance of scholarship students in attending their education. In the evaluation process, there is a procedure for collecting evaluation reports using email and downloaded to a computer by KKA. This collection procedure is still not efficient because the reports that are collected can result in duplication, format errors, sending to the wrong email and unclear sender information. Because the procedure, in this study, an application will be made with a prototype method to assist KKA in colecting and archiving student evaluation reports.
