Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the results of research entitled Perceptions of Utilization, Ease and Secrecy Against the Use of E-Filing facilities in the city of Palembang. This research is included in research testing the causal hypothesis that examines the causal relationship. Technique of collecting data using direct method by dividing questioner to responder. The sample of research was determined by using purposive sampling technique.
