Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the effect of variables corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance proxies with institutional ownership, board of commissioners, and audit committee to investor response. Population in this research is a property and real estate company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in observation period 2015-2017. Sampling technique using purposive sampling, then obtained 39 companies. Independent variables used in this research are Corporate Social Responsibility, Institutional Ownership, Board of Commissioners, and Audit Committee. The method of analysis in this research using multiple regression analysis. This research using abnormal return in measuring investor response. The results of this study show that corporate social responsibility, institutional ownership, board of commissioners, and audit committee have no effect on market reaction.
