Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between awareness of taxpayers, knowledge of taxpayers, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance that conduct online business activities. The population used in this study are all taxpayers who carry out online business activities in the city of Palembang. Method of determining the sample using Non Probability Sampling. And get 97 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and f test with the help of SPSS 17. The results of multiple linear tests show that awareness of taxpayers and knowledge of taxpayers has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while tax sanctions do not affect taxpayer compliance.
