Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the value of companies that do hedging and who do not do hedging. The variables tested in this research are hedging and firm value. The number of samples from this study amounted to 60 samples of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The variables were then tested using t test analysis with related samples. The results show that there is higher corporate value in companies that do hedging than companies that do not do hedging.
