Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, growth of sale, and growth opportunity, to firm value. The population in this research is all of the manufacturing industry companies sub sector food and beverages listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The 11 samples of manufacturing industry companies sub sector food and beverages at the year 2010-2014 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange were obtained by using the purposive sampling method. This research used multiple regression analysis method, includes statistic descriptive, the classical assumption test (normality test, multicolinearity test, heterokedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination with R software. The result of this research shows that capital structure has a negative significant effect to firm value, profitability has a positif significant effect to firm value, growth of sales has a positive insignificant effect to firm value, and growth opportunity has a negative insignificant effect to firm value.
