Abstract

This research aimed to provide empirical evidence of the budgetary managerial performance evaluation style, performance and job satisfication as an intervening variable. The population in this study are all BUMD and Cooperative in the Palembang area. The samples are middle managers who work in BUMD and Cooperative in the Palembang Area by using purposive sampling technique. Samples were obtained 22 managers. The analysis technique used in this research is regression analysis with the method of causal mediation step, and treated with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that job satisfactionis not able to act as an intervening variable in the relationship between budgetary performance evaluation style of the managerial performance.
