Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in market reaction to the announcement Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Award (ISRA) period 2005-2015. Population in this study is the winning company Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Award (ISRA) period 2005-2015. Sample determined by using purposive sampling method. The sample obtained were as much as 31 companies. Testing the hypothesis using regression Ordinal Least Square (OLS) with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007. The test results showed that there are differences in abnormal return and bid- ask spread on the announcement of the winner of Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Award (ISRA) period 2005-2015.
