Abstract
This study aims to look at the effect of stock liquidity and free cash flow to Buyback Share. The population in this study is that companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange . The sample used using purposive sampling . Samples in this study as many as 33 companies . Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. Stock liquidity is measured using the Trading Volume Activity ( TVA ), Variable Free Cash Flow is measured by subtracting the operating cash flow to capital investment , while the share buyback share seen from the financial statements are recorded as treasury stock. The results of this research that liquidity does not affect to buyback Share and cash flow are significant positive effect on buyback shares Keywords : Stock Liquidity , Free Cash Flow , and Buyback Share.
