Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of information technology, This study aims to determine the effect of the application of accounting information systems on managerial performance, Population in this research is the manager on the business engaged in the culinary such as restaurants, cafes, and bakery located in the city of Palembang. The sample of research is 39 respondents after chosen based on criteria in purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is the test of validity, reliability, normality, simple regression, T test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that Ha accepted which means there exists influence of application of accounting information system to managerial performance. This is because the manager is a direct user of the accounting information system applied because with the accounting information system managers can take decisions for future business continuity.
