Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the company's capital structure on property and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2010-2014. This research is associative. The population in this study were 245 property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling according to the criteria that have been found. Based on the criteria that have been obtained ditentuakan 177 property companies and real estate. The results of this study prove that profitability, business risk, firm size, institutional ownership has no significant effect on the capital structure. While the liquidity and managerial ownership a significant negative effect on the capital structure, asset structure and Free Cash Flow significant negative effect on the capital structure.
