Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of accounting and auditor reputation information on stock prices at the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014 periode. The sample used is a manufacturing compagnie in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in quantitative data, wile the dta sources is secondary data. The motode used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Program Product and Service Solution (SPSS) for Windows version 17.00. The results of this study demonstrate the independent variable Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant influence on stock price. It is shown on the significance level X1 Earning Per Share (EPS) amounted to 0,000<0,05. Free variables Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on stock prices. It is shown on the significance level X2 Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of 0,254>0,05. The independent variable Price Book Value (PBV) has a significant effect on stock prices. It is evident from the level of significance X3 Price Book Value (PBV) of 0,019<0,05. Variable auditor reputation has a significant influence on stock price. It is shown on the significance level X4 auditor reputation of 0,000<0,05. Keywords: Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Book Value (PBV), Auditor Reputation, the stock price.
