Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Profitability and Net Profit Margin on Dividend Payout Ratio. The sample used in this research was manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and publish annual report in 2012-2015 which were 72 companies using purposive sampling method. The independent variable was of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Profitability and Net Profit Margin. The dependent variable was Dividend Payout Ratio. The hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 23.0. The resulted from multiple regression analysis method showed that Current Ratio is partially has negative and significant effect to the size distribution of Dividend Payout Ratio but for Debt to Equity Ratio, Profitability and Net Profit Margin are partially have no significant effect to the size distribution of Dividend Payout Ratio on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2015.
