Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work stress and motivation on teacher performance during the pandemic by focusing on employees or teachers of Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Palembang City. The data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study are vocational school teachers in Palembang City. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 100 teachers with a total population of 2,028 teachers. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in Palembang City and the motivation variable has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in Palembang City.
