Abstract

Working time measurement gives management a way to measure the time it takes to run one operation/series of operations, so that ineffective time is found which is then separated from effective time. In this study, the proposed target for wheelchair production at PT Shima Prima Utama uses the downtime method which aims to determine the specified target and standard time for each wheelchair production. The standard time required for PT Shima Prima Utama to produce wheelchairs is 20136,35 seconds per wheelchair, for wheelchair production at PT Shima Prima Utama is 1 units of wheelchairs per day from July to September 2021.
