Abstract

Technology is widely used in every human activity. All agencies, organizations, companies use technology in their daily activities. The use of this technology is needed so that data processing is more organized and structured. PT.Astra Internasional Tbk – Honda Sales Operation is a Main Dealer in Palembang City which has many subsidiaries in Palembang City, there is an application called Prospex which is a portal for business branches of PT. Astra International ordered spare parts. This Prospex application is used by the subsidiary of PT. Astra International, AHASS. According to an interview with the Supervisor from the PT.Astra Internasional Tbk Spare Parts Department, an additional feature is needed in the Prospex application in order to be able to share all the latest catalogs with AHASS without having to provide Hard-Copies. The right solution to this problem is the addition of the E-Catalog feature. E-Catalog is an electronic information system that contains some information in the form of lists, types, technical specifications. With the E-Catalog feature, it can help AHASS to get the latest information about the latest spare parts and changes in the serial number of Honda motorcycle spare parts.
