Abstract

The Xaverius Palembang Foundation is a foundation owned by the Archdiocese of Palembang which provides education in the form of formal Catholic schools ranging from kindergarten to high school in three provinces in Sumatra, namely South Sumatra Province, Jambi Province and Bengkulu Province. At YXP found problems in the presence system that is running. The Xaverius Palembang Foundation already has a qrcode-based attendance system but the system still needs to be developed. Because the existing system can only run on Windows 10, there is only 1 work shift, there is no employee data import feature, and employee data cannot be downloaded. therefore the system must be developed. This application development uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology, because this methodology is suitable for system development. Analysis of the problem using PIECES, based on localhost, made using the PHP and HTML programming languages and the Mysql database. The result of developing this application is that the application can already run on the Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating system, besides that the application has 3 work shifts.
