Abstract

The Cianjur refill drinking water depot is one of the refill drinking water businesses located at Jalan Bambang Utoyo No. 248, opposite the Tiara workshop. This depot was started in 2010, the water used in this depot is tap water which is filtered using 10 filters. This Cianjur drinking water depot does an average of 70 gallons per day and has decreased for the last few years. This study aims to obtain a business development plan at the Cianjur drinking water depot based on marketing, financial aspects and evaluate the business feasibility of the Cianjur refill drinking water depot because in recent years this depot has experienced a decline in sales and see whether this depot can still be continued in the future or not. . Collecting data in this study is by conducting direct interviews with the business owner of the Cianjur refill drinking water depot and making observations at the location directly. This research uses business feasibility analysis and business plan. Business feasibility analysis includes market aspects that discuss products with affordable prices and quality. The management and organizational aspects discuss the organizational structure of the Cianjur refill drinking water depot. The financial aspect discusses the BEP of 5,571 gallons, PP for 0.470 years or 5 months 7 days NPV of Rp. 36,971,050.47, IRR of 21% and MARR of 12%.
