Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Workplace Bullying on the Turnover intention of Islamic bank employees in Palembang City. This research is causality research. The subjects in this study were employees who worked at a company in the city of Palembang. The sample in this study were 100 employees who work at Islamic banks in the city of Palembang. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire instrument that was distributed through social media such as google form. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (R2) with the help of SPSS 26.0 software for windows. The results of this study indicate that the Workplace Bullying variable has a positive effect on the Turnover intention of Islamic bank employees in the city of Palembang Keywords: Workplace Bullying, Turnover intention
