Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Keutamaan Etika Bisnis Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Rumah Makan Pempek di Palembang merupakan studi perilaku wirausahawan di Palembang dalam memberikan kepuasan bagi pelanggannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh empat keutamaan Etika Bisnis yaitu kejujuran, fairness, kepercayaan, dan keuletan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan rumah makan pempek di Palembang. Penelitian ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai keberhasilan usaha wirausahawan Rumah Makan Pempek dengan mengidentifikasi pengaruh dari karakteristik, sikap, dan keterampilan seorang wirausahawan Rumah Makan Pempek. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi Cross-Sectional dengan menggunakan teknik survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berskala Likert 5. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data Partial Least Square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Rumah Makan Pempek yang berdomisili di kota Palembang. Hasil analisa data untuk outter model diperoleh nilai composite reliability (CR) dan AVE diatas 0,5 sedangkan untuk inner model diperoleh hasil R2 = 0,507 ; APC = 0,001 ; ARS = 0,001 ; AARS = 0,001 ; AVIF = 1,46 ; GoF = 0,555 ; SPR = 0,875 ; RSCR = 0,98 ; SSR = 1 dan NLBCRD = 1. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor kejujuran berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan rumah makan pempek di palembang. Kata kunci: karakteristik, sikap, keterampilan, wirausahawan rumah makan pempek, keberhasilan usaha, partial least square. ABSTRACT Research under the title Influence of Business Ethics Due Toward Customer Satisfaction at Pempek Restaurant In Palembang is a study of entrepreneurial behavior in Palembang in providing satisfaction for its customers. The purpose of research to prove the influence of four virtues of Business Ethics that is honesty, fairness, trust, and tenacity to customer satisfaction pempek restaurant in Palembang. This research will provide a understanding of the success of the entrepreneurial business of Pempek Restaurant by identifying the influence of the characteristics, attitude, and skill of a Pempek Restaurant entrepreneur. The type of research used is Cross-Sectional study using survey technique. Data collection techniques used in this study was spread the Likert scale questionnaire 5. This study uses analiasa method of data Partial Least Square. The population in this study is Pempek Restaurant customers who live in the city of Palembang. The result of analiasa data for outter model obtained the value of composite reliability (CR) and AVE above 0.5 while for inner model obtained result R2 = 0,507; APC = 0.001; ARS = 0.001; AARS = 0.001; AVIF = 1.46; GoF = 0.555; SPR = 0.875; RSCR = 0.98; SSR = 1 and NLBCRD = 1. The findings of this research is the factor of honesty have positive and significant effect to the satisfaction of the pempek restaurant customer in palembang.
