Abstract

Management of human resources is a very important aspect in proces education in general. Therefore functions in human resource management must be implemented optimally so that the requirement concerning the purpose of individuals, companies, organizations or institutions can be achieved. But the recruitment of these employees are still many things that need to be questioned, whether the HRD is free of errors in calculating the value weights. Therefore, we need an alternative system in decision-making that can assist and facilitate HRD in selecting employees, in accordance with the needs and the company's criteria decision support system. Decision Support System (DSS) is a branch of artificial intelligence (Artifical Intelligence) which is part of the computer-based information systems. Where the application is issued a decision for the consideration of the user or wearer. In this case study method that will be used in decision support systems selection of employees at PT. Cakra Indo Pratama are Weighted Product (WP). Based on the results of the analysis, design, implementation and testing of the calculations, the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (F-MADM) method Weighted Product (WP) can be built in the "Decision Support Systems Selection of Candidates by Using Weighted Product Method for PT. Cakra Indo Pratama" using the programming language PHP and SQL Server as the database.
