Abstract

Tofu Johan UKM is an UKM that produces staple food, namely tofu. The tofu that is produced are box tofu, Jambi tofu and packaged tofu. The packaged tofu product is a product that is always busy with consumers, in the production process it is done in the tofu packaging section in one work station, and with 7 employees. The problem in this section is that there is no provision in providing incentives if you pass the target and only follow the habits of other Tofu SMEs, as a result it can have an impact on decreasing morale in the tofu packaging section. Therefore, the wages of each worker are calculated using the Halsey method. The incentive wage per day for worker 1 gets IDR 22,645, worker 2 gets IDR 17,230, worker 3 gets IDR 2,888, worker 4 gets IDR 188,139, worker 5 gets IDR 108,056, worker 6 gets IDR 155,127 and the 6 gets IDR 59,789.
