Abstract

This type of research is a descriptive study, using the HazOp (Hazard and Operability) method. HazOp identification using the HazOp method is carried out based on the practices carried out during practical work. The study points are determined based on all the work done by the workers in the respective parts of the place. after the identification process is a risk assessment at each study point. Based on the research results, it is known that there are low, medium, high and extreme risks. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted at PT Warna Agung Selatan, located on Jalan Raya Lintas Lubuk Linggau Palembang, Petunang Village, Tuah Negeri District, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province on August 03- 02 September 2020. The results of the study found the results of the overall data analysis of the problems found in health and safety working at PT Warna Agung Selatan, it can be seen that the sources of danger found were extreme hazards (47%), high hazards (11%), moderate hazards (26%), and low hazards (16%)). So the results obtained were the least hazardous sources found, namely high hazard sources (11%), and the most common hazard sources found were extreme hazards (47%). It can be concluded that overall PT Warna Agung Selatan for the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) has extreme work risks and hazards. Key words: K3, HazOp, sources of danger.
