Abstract

A place to live is one of the basic needs for humans to be able to maintain their life, because a place to live can provide protection for its residents. There are many types of housing in the present like the, apartments, flats, housing, and so on. Indonesia is a country with a high population density, so the need for housing and security will increase, so that the developer must be able to equalize the needs of the growing community. The writing of this practical work report includes planning and designing a house with types 92 and 110 as well as the Florista Garden housing security post by PT. Easton Urban Kapital. The work carried out is working on plans, facade, and detailing on houses of types 92 and 110, as well as security posts, and changing the shape of the house plans so as to make plans with dif erent sizes of house types.
