Abstract

Indonesia is one of the most populated countries in the world. Palembang is one of the most cities with the highest population growth rate in Indonesia. The increase of population in Palembang has resulted a high demand for housing. Due to the increasing density in the downtown area, land and property prices also immediately increased and considered less profitable from business perspective according to the developer. Many developers have chosen to build housing in suburban areas and expect it to be more affordable. This practical work report discusses about the mechanism of planning and designing a type 105 house and Florista Garden’s marketing office by PT. Easton Urban Kapital. The project that is being worked on is 10 house plans of type 105 house and the floor plan, facade, and interior of the marketing office.
