Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee morale PT.Duta Mobilindo marketing division in Palembang. The population is all employees PT.Duta Mobilindo Palembang. Samples were included in this study for the position of marketing employees of PT.Duta Mobilindo Palembang numbered 34 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression. Based on the formulation of the problem and a simple regression analysis of test results it can be concluded that motivation affects marketing employee work morale at PT.Duta Mobilindo Palembang. This can be seen from the table in the column Sig t test. That is equal to that generated significant value less than 0.05. Based on the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.254, it can be concluded that the percentage contribution of the influence of motivational effect on employee morale Marketing section PT.Duta Mobilindo Palembang is 25.4% while the remaining 74.6% is influenced by other factors outside of motivational factors. So it can be concluded that the motivation has an important role in building employee morale
