Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of employee work stress on employee performance in CV. Inul Vizta Jaya Palembang. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Inul Vizta Jaya Palembang. Samples were taken by 40 people using nonprobability sampling technique. The test results in this study indicate that a negative and significant work stress variable affects employee performance. In testing the coefficient of determination shows that 58.9% of work variables are able to explain employee performance variables. While the remaining 42.1% is able to serve variables outside of this study, such as leadership style, work motivation, and occupational health and safety.
